The price for the suits (Jacket and Pants) start from euros 100 to 250, the price range for shirts is euros 25 to 40. These prices are excluding shipping. |

| • | How do we ship? |
We are using the services of UPS and DHL courier. |

| • | How do I take my measurements? |
You can ask some one to measure you according to the instructions in our measurement form. Or you can send us your best fitted suit or pants to copy the sizes |

| • | How do I pay? |
We take payments in advance. You can pay us with Amex, Visa and Master Card online and Direct Bank Transfer. |

| • | How long does it take before I can receive my clothes? |
About 3 to 5 weeks from the date we have received the confirmed order and payment. |

| • | Can I order fabric swatches? |
Swatches of our fabrics are available for those who would like to see the actual material and colour before placing an order. Please bear in mind that it can take anywhere between 4 days up to 2 weeks for the swatches to be delivered depending on the immediate availability of the sets or if new sets are being constructed. Since preparing the swatches is a very labour intensive project, it may take longer than our regular turnaround time. The set contains several basic fabric and colour choices available online and offline for Suits, Jackets and Blazers, Trousers and Shirts that is in stock in our inventory. Each set of between 120 to 150 different fabric and colour choices is available for ordering and cost only USD 19 - or USD 39 -. |

| • | Do you share your customer list with other companies? |
We never have, and we never will. We respect and value your privacy. |

| • | Do I have to get re-measured every time I pick something out? |
Not at all. Once we have your measurements on file, re-orders are a snap. If you want something new, all you have to do is select the cloth and styles. |

| • | Does Starwood Tailor make to measure with my cloth? |
If you would like us to make clothing to measure with your cloth, this too is possible. You would need to ship the cloth to us along with the style details and measurements information for custom clothing in your own cloth. Please contact us for more information. |

| • | What about big and tall sizes? |
Do we charge extra for large sizes? NO, NEVER! The prices we quote here are the prices for everyone, regardless of how big or tall he/she may be. Please email us for details! |

| • | Is it possible for you to duplicate the fit of a favorite shirt presently in my wardrobe? |
Absolutely. Just send us your shirt with your order. We'll be glad to incorporate any changes you might want, then return the shirt you sent with your new shirts. |

| • | Will my shirt tails be long enough? |
We would never skimp here. Your shirt tails will be based upon your height and weight, then designed to your complete satisfaction. |

| • | When I place my order, can I choose different styles? Is it possible to request different collars, cuffs, pockets or other unique features on my shirts? |
Yes, with no extra charges. |

| • | Does Starwood Tailor customize to any style? |
If you would like us to custom make garments to styles not displayed or available at our website, we can do this if the image file or a link to an online image is emailed to us along with the order or before placing the order for our confirmation and further instructions. Should you like to send us an image file, Kindly do so using JPEG formats and please keep the file as small as possible. |

| • | Can I order white collars and/or cuffs for shirts? |
Yes. At no extra charge, of course.

| • | Do I need to worry about shrinkage? |
No, all our fabrics are pre-shrunk. Although there is always a residual shrinkage of 2 - 3%, we allow for this shrinkage when we custom make your shirts. |

| • | Can I use different fabrics? |
Of course! You may choose any fabric we offer. We stock well over 2000 shirting's, all of which come with high thread count for rich texture and feel. Then, if you don't find the exact fabric you're looking for, simply send us an e-mail with the description, or send us a photograph from a catalog or magazine. We'll try to find the perfect match for you (and can even send you a swatch!) |

In order to assist you as much as possible in your financial dealings with us, we accept payment by most modern methods. Our resellers and Franchisees have payment options customized to their individual situations on a case by case basis. We take payments in advance.
